Dear Mr. Bates : Attached are the minutes of our regular Directors* meeting on February 6 . a nd you will note that we decided to make some slight corrections in the resolution for the loans to our employees. Therefore attached is a corrected sheet for our minutes of January 30. The main correction is that we inserted the name of the National Lead Company in Mr. Rockwell's resolution as originally sent to us. The Lewis Company of course has no Executive Committee and therefore his wording of the resolution was not perfectly clear when applied to our company.
