Hi Pete and Ryan,
What is the best way to follow up on this request to have the Secretary visit Central KY? The Secretary and Congressman have spoken about making this happen. This would be an official trip.
Thank you,
Mary

Hi Sydney,
Hope you're doing well! I know everything is crazy right now so would it be easier if we scoped out a day and maybe a back up day in August and just went ahead and put them on the calendar?
We can basically make any weekday in August work starting the 6th except for the 20th and 21st.

Hi Sydney,
Hope you had a great weekend! I wanted to loop in Congressman Barr's Deputy Chief/District Director, Tatum Dale, for her awareness. I also wanted to see if May 27 or 28 might work for the Secretary to visit the Congressman's district.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks, Madeline

Hi Sydney,
Great to be connected with you! Here are the dates Mr. Barr will be in district that we could put together a whole day of events for the Secretary.
May 9, 12, 27, 28 June 20, 30 August (home starting the 4th through the end of the month)
Let me know if any of those May/June days jump out at you and if none of those work we can start looking at August.
Thanks! Madeline

Hi Jack,
I really appreciate the outreach, Congressman Barr mentioned that Secretary Duffy was interested in a visit to his District to see our Air Traffic Control Tower that needs replacing and Toyota's facility in Georgetown, KY (the largest Toyota manufacturing facility in the world) - I am looping in our Director of Operations, Madeline, to see if we can figure out a time to make that happen.
