Attached, is letter of October 9^h from Mr. W. H. Zabri3kie to Mr. J. A. 3rown recommending a modification in our medical arrangements at 26 3roadway.
After discussing this recommendation with Mr. Zabriskie, he concurs in the view that we might continue with the Hew Jersey Co. at a modified fee, 3ay $5000* per year instead of $10,000. per year. This .reduced fee would be more commensurate with the amount of service being rendered.
It is suggested that I discuss this subject with Dr. Denno with a view to securing his amicable concurrence in this change.
Mr. Zabriskie would like to carry out the other features of his memorandum except Paragraph 3 where he suggests an arrangement with the Broad Street Hospital. In view of the continuation of the arrangement with the Hew Jersey Co. this will not be necessary.
