Ryan, I hope this finds you well and hope that you are enjoying your new position. I wanted to reach out to you in regards to the Duarte Nursery CWA case that is scheduled to go to trial next week in California. I have known the Duarte family for many years and they are friends of mine. This is another case of gross over reach by the Federal government and risks not only bankrupting another small business but putting into place case law that will hamper the ability to farm in the future. I know that you have at least a brief understanding of the case but if you need more info I would be happy to provide it. Richard
