Dear Mr. Soto: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Houston on November 16, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 1836 Miller Cut Off Rd evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the November 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
