Introduction to New Administration & Congress The US EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt will join us to discuss the Administration's priorities and we will hear from key Congressional Committees who will join us to discuss their priorities for the coming year that will impact state water quality programs.

Water Quality Program Priorities for working with the New Administration Attendees will discuss several questions to help the Board of Directors identify ACWA's priorities and strategies for moving forward on implementing the CWA over the next 18 months. ACWA Board of Directors Members will lead these small breakout discussions and each group will be asked to report out to the larger group at the end of the session. The identified priorities will be captured by ACWA staff and used to inform the Association's priorities.

ACWA, ASDWA and GWPC Clean Water Act /Safe Drinking Water Act Coordination Workshop Noma Ballroom
The purpose of the workshop is to discuss where states are making progress at CWA/SDWA and other program coordination and collaboration, identify challenges/ barriers that impede progress on collaboration and to brainstonn next steps to continue to make progress on CWA/SDWA collaboration to further action to better protect sources of drinking water (both groundwater and surface water) and improve water quality. NPDES Updates Rule Discussion Freemont Room
The purpose of this workshop is to provide further discussion between the state technical workgroup and EPA regarding options provided in the proposed NPDES Updates Rule provisions. In particular, EPA is interested in getting feedback from the state technical workgroup on how EPA could address state concerns. This workshop is the culmination of a series of conference calls that EPA has held with states to listen to states' concerns on the proposed rule. Please note, this session is now at full capacity.
