Nancy--As promised here is the letter we submitted in May in response to the cal! for "Evaluating Existing Regulations." As we mentioned in our meeting last week, we focused largely on CERCLA 108 (b) proposed ruie on hardrock mining, CWA Section 404 existing regulation, and the Risk Management Program (RMP) existing ruie.
