Dear Bob: Thank you for your letter of April 25th on the above matter enclosing the legal papers which were forwarded to your office by the C. T. Corporation. These have been forwarded to the Claim Department of the General Accident and the company will prepare and present a proper defense to the claim. When we were first notified of the filing of this action we checked by telephone with the Claim Manager in the Providence, Rhode Island branch of the General Accident and were advised that they had full information in'the case and were prepared for the legal action taken by the claimant. I cannot comment on the merits of the action except to say that in the opinion of the adjusters the claim is not justified on the facts.
