The transcript of a presentation 2. The raw data of the subjects and information on the subjects who developed disease 3. A copy of a publication by Dr. Rubino and colleagues entitled Mortality Study of Tale Miners and Millers The preliminary data are submitted to you for cursory examination as I believe the manuscript will be based on these data The Fubino publication is submitted for your interest as Rubino and colleagues did a fairly substantial study on the cause of death of talc mine employees in Italy where the t; alc is somewhat similar to that mined in Vermont As I indicated as soon as I obtain the manuscript from NIOSH I shall forward it to you in the hope that you will be kind enough to review it and provide me with a critique We would like you to act as our consultant and would appreciate learning of the basis on which you would act as such .
