TO: VCSA Members (Preliminary Minutes) MINUTES OF 1990 VCSA CONFERENCE IN BERMUDA The meeting was held at the Castle Harbour Marriott Hotel on September 27 and 28. The Vinyl Institute held one of its periodic meetings at the hotel on September 26. The Executive Director, R. Gottesman, gave an overview of VI activities to the VCSA after the Thursday meeting. This will be decided by majority vote at each meeting and in 1990 the following were accorded emeritus status: Benetta, Wallace, King, Barr, and Frohreich. 8. Bennett of ICI will be voted on at the 1991 meeting as well as any others whose disassociation comes to the attention of the VCSA before the meeting. The question was raised on a change of the meeting days to Tuesday and Wednesday or Wednesday and Thursday instead of the usual Thursday and Friday schedule. By an overwhelming vote the Thursday-Friday selection will remain. No discussion nor question was raised on having a meeting in England, Europe or other location further outside the US than Canada, Bermuda or _ Mexico.
