Mr. J. D. Ru g h o 11 and Mi*. J. S. Dumble have reviewed and approved these priorities which are attached. Note that the period of "weeks" under priorities ;//l and if?, are periods of formula availability for testing or marketing as way be determined. It may be assumed that "October" under 7/3 priority indicates a point of readiness for marketing.
Dr. G. ]?. Pekarek's lab is involved only with the 36OO and 3040 lines, the revised formulas for which will be ready shortly. He has prescribed pre-testing, EXM's and quantities as follows:
HXM-72113 (Y-360O) - 50 Gallons " 72114 (Y-3b25) - 100 "
" 72115 (Y-3040) - 50 " " 72116 (Y-3045) - 100 "
We will issue 186*s and will press for production so that performances are
confirmed during early spring adverse drying conditions.

Solvent paint pre-testing programs remain to be developed. I will do so with 3. T. Bowell and W, M. Tome.
Safety colors Y-4-510 Orange, Y-4520 Red and Y-4^40 Yellow (leadPigments) will be extremely costly conversions. To a lesser extent so will Y-4553 Deep Green, Y-4554 Medium Green, Y-4560 Medium Yellow and Y-4576 Deep Orange.
