EPA ID # TND004039806 Dear Ms. Hughey: On September 2, 2021, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, along with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) conducted a CEI at Albea Americas, Inc. in Shelbyville, Tennessee to determine the facility's compliance status with RCRA and applicable regulations. Enclosed is the EPA RCRA inspection report. Deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the CEI. Corresponding data has been entered into RCRAInfo and this matter is being referred to the TDEC for further review.
