It was such a pleasure to chat with you yesterday. We are very much looking forward to this visit on October 6 and look forward to further exploring a smaller meeting/roundtable with some of your execs as well. Also, just so you are aware, I am copying our Staff Advance lead, Forrest McMurray, and our Security Advance lead, SA John Mickle.
Forrest - we have agreed upon a one-on-one discussion with their CEO with controlled Q&A. I have also alerted them that the Administrator has a 1:55PM flight to his next location and they have generously agreed to assist us in ensuring that he is on the road to the airport ( 9 miles, 12 minutes) by 1:00PM.
Katie and Morgan - please also note that I am copying Amy Graham in our press shop. She will be able to answer your initial press related questions as well as offer direction on the invitation you have provided.
Amy - Katie and Morgan are hopeful to invite local press and to begin inviting/promoting to members. I asked that they kindly connect with you first before doing so.
