Re: Updating of WTS-005.1 Characterization
Dear Mr. Salmon:
Please find enclosed the necessary information for updating the
characterization of Waste Profile WTS-005.1. As a result of the
Toxicity Characterization whi^eh became effective on September 25,
1990 and in anticipation bf the new DOT regulations to become
effective January X, .1991., /the EPA w^ste codes and DOT shipping name have been changedjori this waste. A copy of the TCLP results from SGS Environmental Laboratories' on*,two samples of WTS-005.1 has been
included.'
./
The proper shippingi.n,ame "should be revised to read as follows:
Waste Flammable liquid* n.-cv-s?,' Flammable liquid, UN1993, RQ (Ethylene' dichloride, l, 1-dichloroethylene)
The EPA waste codes toliiicliido.fhe TC are as follows:
F024, D001, D018, D019, D022, DQ29, DQ39, D040
If there are any questions regarding this information, please contact me at 318-491-4370.
Respectfully,
Gerald L. Perry Environmental Control Specialist
