These samples were collected on July 24, 1985. Results of laboratory analysis indicate airborne fibers levels at the boundaries of the removal area were essentially negative or at normal background levels for this unit. Based on these findings, it would appear that the areas adjacent to the demolition site are free from health hazards associated with this operation.
