I just saw this report from Reuters showing the EPA intends on nixing the Clean Power Plan and is soliciting ideas from groups on how best to replace it with something comparable.
I noticed this section:
"The agency now intends to issue what it calls an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to solicit input as it considers 'developing a rule similarly intended to reduce C02 emissions from existing fossil fuel electric utility generating units.'"
Can 1 have some clarification? Will the replacement look a lot like the CPP, or will it be measurable different?
