$ie acknowledge receipt of your night letter of the 28th Inst., advising that unless Katsenfcseh A Bullock Co. can make shipment this week of the 5 tons Haw Umber on your order of Feb. 25th and 5 tons on your order on Nov. 3rd, also 5 tons Raw Sienna on your order of Aug. 5tb, we are to cancel all these items and place orders elsewhere, for immediate shipment at best prices and nearest matches.
In this connection, beg to advise that re are juat in receipt of invoices from K. A B. Co. dated Jan. 25th covering carload shipped for our account to the United Ams car Line Steamer, which consists of the fol)owingt --

Ch receipt of your telegram we called up K. A B. Co. and notified them that unless the balance of orders they have on hand for our account were shipped within a week, all
would be cancelled.
They immediately celled their factory on the jonf/ distance telephone and now advise that the balances due or all orders will positively be shipped the week of Jan. 31*t.
