Memorandum
To: H. C. Gaffney Location: FromLocation: Extension: Subject: Blood Lead Program
Date: January 25, 1982 Reference:
Copy to: LeRoy Foreman
To reduce the blook lead level of those employees above .045, employees will be required to keep their respirator on at all times except lunch and regular breaks. This includes wearing the respirator when in the rest rooms, locker room, or anywhere else. Since the foreman check respirator seals at break and lunch, this will ensure each employee has a good seal. The program will be enforced by the foreman, LeRoy, and myself.
