Tobin - NA Effective March 30, 1982, (Blender-Packer) has been removed from his normal job as his blood lead with a recheck is over 60 (62 & 64). We have assigned him to the janitor's duties cleaning the office, lunch room, locker room and outside plant areas. He will wear a half face respirator with high efficiency cartridges. I have personally reviewed the situation with Mr. and followed with a letter. Dr. Tobin - Is it necessary to have special medical attention for this employee during his* medical removal? This includes wearing the respirator when in the rest rooms, locker room, or anywhere else.
