Kehoe: I note from the press that you and Ed Meiter have both been members of technical commissions visiting Germany to study their develop ments. Accordingly, I am wondering if you and ivieiter wouldn't team up to give us a highly interesting report at the Foundation's November meeting on developments in Germany respecting industrial health and hygiene? (decalling Dr. Sawyer and Bill Yant's European visit early in the war, of course everything depends upon whether the Germans had anything of interest to Americans in this field.) I also appreciate that the formal commission report are for the use of the Government. On the other hand I know too that some members of these commissions have made talks to groups, so I gather there may be some way of talking without violating the rules.
