Samples of Aroclor l42 were prepared by an identical procedure, but instead of cylinder chlorine, air-chlorine,mixtures (50:50, 20:80, and 10:90) were used. As expected, the material obtained , showed no difference as far as yield, appearance, boiling range, and specific gravity is concerned., However, it was noted that the chlorine efficiency/',decreases,, the Jiigher,:the'percentage of air in chlorine.
