Sly Manufacturing Go. 2b6 Sagamore Drive Rochester 12, New lark Dear Mr. Bend: One point that I intended discussing with you during your last visit was the question of submitting plans and specifications as necessary to the State Department of Labor covering our proposed additional dust collector equipment, For your information, I have submitted an appropriation request to - Management covering the 10,600 cfto unit as described in detail in your last Proposal i estimate that it will take approximately two weeks for this appropriation to be acted upon, In making this re quest, the actual labor and materials of installation, which Include the sheet metal work necessary to complete the system, will have to be covered by a further appropriation m my part, thought in handling it this way is to get the actual collector equipment, especially the fan and motor, on order at the earliest possible date. During the intervening period, while awaiting delivery we will, of course, have to plan the actual duet installation in detail and make arrangements for its procurement locally. Again with regard to State approval, I believe that all the above plan ning'1will have to be accomplished and submitted to them.
