Subject: The Prohibited Personnel Practices (PPP) online course is NOW available in your learning plan!
Prohibited personnel practices (PPP) is a mandatory course for supervisors and managers. The course provides managers with the guidance to avoid prohibited personnel practices and an understanding of how to use the merit system rules to make sound personnel and staffing decisions.
The course will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. You are not required to finish the course in one session. You have until September 30th, 2017to complete this course. There is a comprehensive assessment at the end to verify the knowledge you have learned.
If you have already taken a PPP course and see a course completion certificate in your Skillport eLearning transcripts. You are exempt from taking this course. However, it is a very good refresher course to check your knowledge.
