It could be an im portant facto r in the future operation of th is plant. It would appear therefore* th at th is a sp ec t of the situation should be looked into carefully. . It is probably unnecessary that a m em ber of the M edical D epartm ent should v isit the plant in person, but the nature of the inquiry into these m atters should be discussed with m e before the inspection team gets under way, so that the n ecessary inform ation can be obtained.
