Rea. 22612 (June 20, 1986). In order to ensure that we are in compliance with this Stand ard and that we can adequately advise any contractors that we may hire, we would appreciate it if you would answer the following questions: 1. Does the building in which we lease space from you contain asbestos? 2. If so, what materials (e.g. insulation, transite) con tain the asbestos? 3. Where are the asbestos containing materials located? 4. Have you conducted an inspection of the asbestos con taining materials in this building? If so, what did you find? Did any of the asbestos materials show visual evidence of deterioration? 5. Have you conducted any airborne monitoring for asbes tos anywhere in the building? If so, please provide us with a copy of the results of such monitoring. 6. Do you plan any construction or maintenance activities in the next year which could disturb asbestos materi als?
