Cleveland# Ohio 44115-1075 Re: Claimant: Claim No.: 831618-22 Dear Tony: REDACTED This will report my attendance at the workers1 compensation hearing held in Dayton on July 3# 1985. The claimant was present with his attorney# Dennis Miller. The hearing officer was Lisa Grosse. As-you know, this hearing had been rescheduled by the district hearing officer on March 25, 1985 pending receipt of medical documentation to be submitted by both parties. We subsequently scheduled claimant to be examined by Dr. Noble Fowler. We have Dr. Fowler's report which I have submitted to you and filed with the Bureau. Enclosed is the Physician's Supplemental Report filed by the claimant on May, 1985, which I obtained when I reviewed the file prior to the hearing. The hearing concerned the Company's motion filed on January 9# 1985 to determine if claimant's industrial injury was the condition which currently prevented him from returning to his former position of employment. In support of the Company's position I stated that the claim had been fully certified by the Company for a lung condition resulting from inhalation of chlorine. I argued that on the basis of Dr. Fowler's report, claimant's current disability was coronary artery disease with angina pectoris, which was not industrially related.
