NAPA Board of Directors Meeting October TO, 1982 Page Two The motion was made by Jim Aiken and seconded by Dyle Denison to designate the Dana Corporation as the supplier of a private label line of oil seals to be called "NAPA Oil Seals" effective November 1, 1982.
