Puncture wound to finger - Employee re ceived puncture wound (apparently from piece of wire) while opening air to valves on dump manifold at 743 reactor (3-06-85). Sprayed with alcohol into his eyes while disconnecting unloading hose at the bottom of the car. Investigation is in progress (12-26-85). Puncture wound to finger - Employee re ceived puncture wound from piece of wire on handle of manual valve at fluid bed dryer (1-16-85).
