1. Start v/ith the following conditions:

3. Follow the Instructions described in Exhibit B-2, B-3, B-4 and B-~5 for the establishment of optimum conditions, determina tion of drying rates, product testing and safety precaution as outlined in C.W.P.T.S, Report No. 555-P.
The initial conditions were established by preliminary spray
drying tests in the experimental Bowen Spray Dryer at Unit Process Laboratory,
Tests at Aso Laboratory have shown that dried sodium metanilate is neither explosive nor flammable .-under usual conditions.
