Since the customer did not consume the material and was supplied with a satisfactory replacement, and has no specific complaint concerning an objectionable impurity, we consider the Investigation of the Incident completed. Details of the Investigation Carbide rejected the car of YCM {NATX 14948) on the basis of color. A replacement car was delivered to them. A comparison of the laboratory results of the original sample and a sample taken from the car when returned on 7/23 is shown below.
