Thank you very much for the opportunity to visit with both of you and your other staff earlier this week. The Triazine Network seeks a fair, science-based outcome to the registration review for Triazines. We hope this meeting helped bring you up to date on the network and the current status of the issue. As was requested in the meeting, we have attached our comments to the docket on the issue we raised about the aquatic community Level of Concern (LOC). Our comments and the scientific study we commissioned on the issue we believe clearly shows the current proposed LOC is way out of line from what the science says. If the agency had followed the recommendations from several of its own previous SAP's, clearly EPA's own data would reach a similar conclusion to those from our scientist in the comments . Please know this is an important issue to the entire Network and the farmers across the US who we represent. We value our relationship with EPA and will continue to stay engaged on this issue moving forward. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
