Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following reso
lution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, That the President or a Vice President of this Company be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of this Company that certain Agreement granting to the Depart ment of Utilities of the City of Fremont, Nebraska a permanent Right-of-Way to construct, operate and maintain an electric power line across land owned by this Company and described as Lot 13 of the Missouri Valley Land Company's Subdivision in the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 17, Range 8 Dodge County, Nebraska; and the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary be and he hereby is authorized and directed to affix the seal of this Company to said Right-of-Way Agreement, and to attest the same.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following reso
lution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, That the President or a Vice President of this Company be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver in the name of and on behalf of this Company that certain Grant of Easement granting to the City of Jacksonville, Florida an easement to construct, operate, maintain and brace an electric transmission line over, across or upon a strip of land owned by this Company and located in the East one-half of the SE 1/4 of Section 12, T2S-R27E, Duval County, Florida, as more fully described in said Grant of Easement; and the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary be and he hereby is authorized and directed to affix the seal of this Company to said Grant of Easement and to attest the same.
The Committee ratified and approved the purchase for the
sum of $344,120.96, of $342,000.00 City of Asbury Park, New Jersey
3-l/27 Bond Anticipation Notes due September 1, 1960, at a 2.757
tax-free basis.

Upon motion, the meeting then adjourned.
