Write up schedule for purchase of equipment (letter of 10/19/76 to R. D. Putnam). L. Accompany Mickey Fisher of Wisco, Inc. on inspection of plant MSA respirator equipment for purpose of determining NIOSH/MESA approval. Units inspected were: 1. MSA Sling Masks (no apparent approval) 2. MSA Oxygen Work Masks (not approved) 3. MSA Model 401 Air Mask (approved) 4. MSA Gas Masks (type N) no approval to date) 5.
