In honor of Deputy Julie Ann Bridges and Sergeant Joseph Ossman, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at the Hardee County Sheriffs Office in Wauchula, Florida, Hardee Correctional Institution in Bowling Green, Florida, the Florida Department of Corrections Headquarters in Tallahassee, Florida, the County Courthouse in Hardee County, Florida, City Hall in Wauchula, Florida, and City Hall in Sebring, Florida from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, September 16, 2017. Please see the below statement Governor Rick Scott issued on the passing o fDeputy Julie Ann Bridges and Sergeant Joseph Ossman: Governor Scott said, "I am heartbroken to learn o f the loss o f these two individuals in a traffic accident on September 10, 2017. Our law enforcement and correctional officers work every day to keep Floridians safe. It is Sierra Club v. EPA 18cv3472 NDCA Tier 1 ED 002061 00010862-00001 because o f their work we are able to live in a state where people can raise theirfamilies safely.
