Sheryl, We have submitted the attached rules to OMB and they should be uploaded and in the system Monday or Tuesday. Attached are courtesy copies for you and your team. I presume all USDA commenting will be done through the interagency review process led by OMB. However, don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions for us.
As Rick likely mentioned to you, we will do the formal USDA and Hill notifications once the OMB review is complete. Thus please keep in mind that these documents are not available to the congressional side during OMB review. Please hold them very tight.
