In the 6 June letter from Administrator Pruitt to Governor Ducey of AZ, the Administrator stated: "Additionally, pursuant to language in the recently-enacted FY 2017 omnibus bill, I have established an Ozone Cooperative Compliance Task Force ..." (and at the end of the letter he refers questions to you). For the life of me, I can't find the statutory language. I've been digging in HR 244, but it's a big haystack and I've missed it completely. Can you point me to the correct statutory language?
