South Charleston, with freight equalised with Painsville, Ohio. This VCM will be available between May 15 and June 15, and will be shipped to Springfield. You agreed to ask Carbide to furnish us their best shipping schedule. Then, R. C. Oldham and C. L. Doucette will work together, to see that tank ears are at South Charleston as needed. Please ask Carbide to teletype R. C. Oldham the car number and date of each shipment. Also, two copies of the bill of lading should be sent Immediately to R. c.
