Kehoe, College of Medicine, ` Eden and Bethesda Aves., Cincinnati, Ohio. . -Dear Dr. Kehoe, Dr. Bricker of the Department of Labor and Hygiene in Pennsylvania has carried on some recent correspondence with Spears & Riddle relative to proper notice-being brought home to the men who were *actually dispensing Fleetwing Ethyl, about the care which should be used, etc. In her letter she mentions the fact that the largest distributor of Ethyl in Pennsylvania has issued instructions to all of their station men about precautions to be used. I assume that she has in mind, the Atlantic Re fining, because they have issued such instructions. - . ' . . :. I question the advisability of going as far as Atlantic has done; by- -, that I mean they have one clause in their instruction bulletin which seems to me is not necessary. However, I can see no objection; in fact, it might be advisable to have each jobber supplied with copies of "Rules and Regulations" which we attach today to all of our jobber contracts so that such jobber will be in position and obliged to furnish such copies so supplied by us to each dealer with whom such jobber makes a contract for the sale of Ethyl. , h. Dr. Bricker mentions in her letter to Spears & Riddle that their investi gators report that there are any number of people selling Ethyl Gasoline today in filling stations who have never read the contents of "Caution" folder, copy enclosed and she thinks that such people should be first made acquainted with what the"eaution" folder says about precautions to be used for ary Ethyl Gasoline sold from a station. I think we should re-write our folder somewhat in line with the little book let which we are sending put today(questions 33-34 and answers thereto con tained on Pages 19-21).
