Wednesday; Time: 9:00 a.m.; Wind Direction: South
K-H3-603 out for maintenance due to leaking valves. Operator making unit inspection notices smoke coming from sub-113. Seconds later K-H3-604 trips out. Breaker for K-H3-604 has been smoking and tripped out. Handle this situation considering safety. Environmental and reliability concerns.
