^ March 17, 1972 To: P. E. Robinson Fran: J. F. Colo Subjoct: Pediatric Load Poisoning Symposium - American Acadnar of Psdlatrlca I hay* Just hod a conversation with MoryjifUii of ths American Actds^y of Fedlatries. He has laforasd as that tho two symposia to bo sponsored by tho Acadoay will bo held in Chicago on May 10th and 11th at tho Conrad Hilton Hotel and also on Jane 2nd end 3rd at tho Wilmington Academy of Medicine, Wilmington, Delaware. While the majority of speakers at the too day and a-half sessions will bo repeats, there will be a certain amber of speakers drama from the local areas. LXA, therefore, will have to plan to cover both symposia, and to record the questions and answers at each of the sessions. All of the speakers, laclading the local participants, have been asked to prepare their papers for publication. It will probably be necessary for LXA to run a tape recorder and have a stenographer available for both sessions. Perhaps Hill and Kaovlton could supply us with the equipment and a stenographer for the Chicago session. We nay be able to handle the Wllaington session with our own staff. I will be nesting with Mr. Dale and Dr. Edward McCabe of HEW-BCEM in Chicago on Saturday, March 25th to go ewer the agenda and to make final plans and preparations. JFC:lg cc: J. F. Smith R.
