It is at the Hill Room at the Liason Hotel, 415 New Jersey Ave NW. We expect to have about 40 members, who will mainly be environmental managers at aggregate producers/construction companies like CEMEX, Vulcan, Martin Marietta, etc. So they are very interested in regulatory reform, particularly WOTUS, and understand environmental regulations but not necessarily the process that EPA will be using to make regulations more reasonable for business.
