Please look it over and let me know if you have any problems with it. You will note that the payment schedule is somewhat different from that suggested in the EHA proposal. We prefer to give more up front, hold back more at the end and make interim payments every two months. I have sent the EHA proposal to the full Panel for final approval and have asked for a response by March 26. I don't anticipate much feedback as the Panel relies on the judgment of the task group on technical matters. If the contract looks good to you we will be able to sign off on it next week.
