Hey Ed, doing well, busy as you can imagine. We aren't planning on doing a budget briefing for the media as far as I know. For the specifics, are you asking about the congressional justifications doc? That was released today as well (attached). If it's a different doc I can check and see what the deal is, can you send me a previous years copy if you have it so I know what to look for?
In the CJ doc, it doesn't appear that IRIS was eliminated (see P.103). Hope this helps.

How are you doing? Quick question, is EPA holding a budget briefing for the media to give specifics or not? Also, when will the more specific budget numbers be released? Specifically looking to see if the IRIS program has been eliminated.
