I hasten to reply to your letter of April 7, and to say that I shall he glad to revleir the report referred to in your letter, and make a report to you on ray opinion and Hie basis on vhich it was arrived at .
I think I might be vise to point out to you that it is necessary for ms to he out of my office for a day or tvo at a time at frequent hut rather irregular intervals. Therefore, it might happen that I vould not he able to reviev the report immediately on receipt of it. Hovever, X shall do my best to avoid &ny unnecessary delay.
