DUST ON THE RAT RESPIRATORY SYSTEM SUMMARY to the introduction the author discusses with reference to literature the morpho- cfcgfcal changes which occur in the lungs during the commonest pneumoconioses. second part of the introduction concern the various opinions regarding the t pathogenic properties of synthetic substances as a whole, and polyvinyl chloride in "Kticuiar, in view of the wide-spread use of such materials in every-day Lfe.
