INTRODUCTION
Kaiser Engineers Division of The Kaiser Company will commence the con struction of a Phosphate Ore Concentrator Plant for the Montana Phosphate Products Company near Hall, Montana on April 22, 1963. The productive ca pacity of this plant will be 1600 tons per day.
The general contractor for the project, Kaiser Engineers Division of The Kaiser Company, ranks among the nations largest engineering and con struction organizations. The firm provides consulting, design, engineering and construction services to a wide range of industries throughout the United States and Canada. However, they are perhaps best known in the greater Pacific Northwest area for the construction work completed by early members of the organization oh the Bonneville, Grand Coulee and Detroit Dams; the Gray's Harbor Jetties; and in wartime, shipyards in Portland, Swan Island and Vancouver. Current and recent completed projects of Kaiser Engineers included processing and production facilities for the steel, mineral, power, petroleum, chemical and nuclear industries and manufacturing plants and government facilities within the United States and Canada.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Montana Phosphate Plant will be a 1600 ton per day concentrator for the Douglas Mine located approximately five miles southeast of Hall, Granite County, Montana. It will include a primary crushing plant, 2 stage secondary crushing facility, grinding mills, flotation machinery, thickening, filtering and drying . facilities, a water treatment facility, tailings disposal .equipment, a product storage and loading facility and an office and change house building.

Strict compliance with safety and fire regulations is required of all employees in order to maintain a safe construction project. No phase of our operation is of greater importance than that of accident prevention, the prevention and control of anything that may cause personal injury, damage or loss of property or equipment. Violation of safety rules shall be deemed sufficient cause for dismissal.
