The J-M management and legal department have now decided to label their pre-forrsed products, such as Thermobestos, Super X, ate. by placing labels on tha shipping cartons but not on tha products, themselves. Dr. Smith estimates that the labeled cartons will not be in use until October, 1964. It is obvious that these warning labels will haw some impact in the field and possibly upon Public Health and other government offi cials. The question before us is whether or not Fiberglas' should pro tect itself against mors stringent and punitive health laws and the possibility of third party actions by following the J-d lead.
