IN ROOM NTTMn!m.cL_JS?fTTrHm APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the meeting helding July 14, 1977 were approved. NEW STANDARDS 1. J10M (Proposed) - Determination of Moisture. Carbon Monoxide. Carbon Dioxide, and Oxygen in Stack Gases Copy of proposed standard in pink sheet form was previously distributed and reviewed briefly. It was approved with minor changes for release to the Engineering Standards Committee for approval. 2. S11T (Proposed) - Priorities for Workspace Sampling for Exposure to Chemjnftls The proposed reply letter to comments received under Serial Letter 4372 was approved for release. The draft of this standard, corrected in response to the serial letter replies and previously distributed, was reviewed and a number of changes agreed upon. Corrections will be made and the standard released to the Engineering Standards Committee for acprcval. .4 Si~.T 'Proposed' ~ Hardware for Workspace Ss-.clir.c: The proposed typing copy previously distributed to the subcommittee was reviewed and miner changes requested. These will be incorporat in the pink sheet finished form draft, following a ten-day subcommittee review of the latter, it will be released to Engineering standards Committee. REVISED STANDARDS 5. J-M - Stack Sampling Forts and Associated Facilities C. H. Collier reviewed current Design Division experience with sampling ports and sampling platforms on stacks. He reviewed with the subcommittee, comments on proposed revision draft prepared by C. E. Marsh based on input from D. J. Stitmer and C. H. Collier.
