I hope this finds you well!
I am writing on behalf of the Test & Measurement Coalition, representing represents 60% of the global production of industrial monitoring and control equipment, including chemical analysers, which are essential in the enforcement of and compliance with environmental legislation (detection of chemicals

The Test & Measurement Coalition has been actively participating in recent consultations re REACH and CLP revision, prioritisation of lead for inclusion in Annex XIV, essential use concept etc. and have developed specific recommendations on GRA and the derogation mechanism, how essential use can be practically used in sectorial legislation such as RoHS, OSOA and the role of ECHA in prioritising substances and exemption evaluation under RoHS etc.
The members of the Coalition will be in Brussels during the week of 24th Oct and will appreciate the opportunity to meet, present and discuss their recommendations on the above-mentioned topics.
If this is agreeable for you, please kindly let us know when it will be a convenient date and time during the week of 24th Oct. We will be happy to host the meeting at EPPA, 2 place du Luxembourg, or come to the Commission offices, as per your convenience.
Many thanks in advance!
