Marguerite is a genius and has an eagle-eye! This was in our NESHAP fact sheet that was posted on 3/12!
Clean Air Act Section 112(i)(4) states the President of the United States may grant up to a 2-year exemption from compliance obligations for any source if the President finds that "the technology to implement such standard is not available and that is in the national security interests of the United States to do so." o Any source interested in a Presidential exemption, should provide their recommendations to EPA by March 31, 2025. o Sources need only provide why technology is unavailable and why it is in the national security interests of the United States to provide the exemption.

I don't see it immediately online (I'm pretty sure it has been there at one point?). It's in this older fact sheet, which was changed right before going online. Is there a version of this fact sheet online that you know of that we could check to see if the date is still there?

John and Isabel,
Attached are the OAR fact sheets for today's announcements.
These have been reviewed by the three of us and OPA-IO.
Could you please do a quick review and clean them up (formatting, etc.,). Once finalized, please post each fact sheet separately to the corresponding EPA/OAR webpage at 4:00 PM today.
Our 12:00 PM was canceled, and we are now available 12:00 - 1:30 PM if you have any questions or would like to sit down and discuss.
Thank you, Alex
