Y/e would like, therefore, to have eaoh of your safety men send us when the opportunity arises, a sample of sludge and scale from, two or three jobbers* tanks. This does not imply that the safety men should discontinue getting all samples it is possible to obtain at the refineries, but we would like to have in addition to that group, two or three sets of samples from jobbers-* tanks.
